Successful business relationships are built on trust, and we intend to earn yours. In return, we ask that the identity and confidential information of any candidate we present to you remain confidential  information for your eyes only.


To also protect our candidates’ privacy, we ask that you first discuss with us any need to re-contact any candidate references in the course of the search process.


We follow the Privacy policies set by British Columbia. We provide our Clients with written references we receive from speaking personally to each individual or past Employer. If you decide to recheck these references, please understand that your direct contact of  independent references within the Insurance industry before you extend a job offer requires the candidate’s prior written permission under our provincial Privacy laws.
