In return, we ask that the identity and confidential information of any candidate we present to you remain confidential  information for your eyes only. To also protect our candidates’ privacy, we ask that you first discuss with us any need to re-contact any candidate references in the course of the search process. Direct contact of  independent references within the Insurance industry before  you extend a job offer requires the candidate’s prior written permission under our provincial Privacy laws.

 

We extend an open file dialogue with both our Employer clients and our Candidates as far as possible. However, you understand and agree that in each case, we must reserve and retain some of information to meet the privacy law requirements.
